About Me

Helping you find a new way forward.

As a therapist in training with the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP), I’ll work to create a space for you to slow down, reflect, and better understand who you are, and how you want to be in the world. We can explore connections in your life, patterns of relating to others, and make sense of your experience together.

Areas of Focus

Feel supported and understood
– no matter what’s happening in your life.

My approach to therapy maintains an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, compassionate, and queer/trans positive lens.

Grief

Loss is part of the human experience. Grief can be present even when good change happens.

Life Transitions

Change can feel overwhelming, but more manageable with someone to support your journey.

Gender & Sexuality

Everyone’s needs are different. Let’s explore yours together. We’ll move at your pace.

Relationships

We‘re wired for connection. Relationships are a vital part of the human experience.

Athletes/Sport

Our bodies are capable of incredible things; however teamwork, competition, and injury can bring unique challenges.

Stress & Overwhelm

With competing priorities and so much demanding our attention, let’s slow down together and discuss those pressures.
